How do I view my receipts for in-warehouse purchases?

Before in-warehouse purchase receipts can be viewed, your membership must be verified. Once this is done, you can sign in to your Costco.com account and follow the steps below. Don’t have a Costco.com account? Find out how to set one up.

To view your receipts, select Orders & Returns in the upper right corner of the Costco.com home page. Under the Orders & Purchases , select the In-Warehouse tab.

Receipts are shown in six month increments for up to two years’ worth of in-warehouse purchases. To change the time frame, select a six month period in the Showing dropdown. If you need a receipt for a purchase older than two years, please visit the membership desk at your local warehouse.

It can take up to 24 hours for new in-warehouse purchases to reflect in your purchase history.

Please note: You are only able to view purchase history for the membership that is linked to the account you are currently logged into.

Purchases that are not available in your warehouse purchase history on Costco.com:

*Pharmacy purchases will display “Universal” on your transaction receipt.
